Assessment Center

We undertake a series of assessments designed to assess the personal and technical skills for the job in order to obtain information about the qualities of candidates, which the more traditional methods do not so readily elicit.

Our techniques and methods include but are not limited to administration of psychometric tests, behavioural interviews, as well as exercises designed to assess competencies, skills and knowledge, abilities, personality traits, and attitudes. All of this enables us to get a clear picture of each and every candidate.
